What we do not do
Some jobs belong to a specialist.
We would rather say so before the visit. If your unit needs one of these, we tell you who to call.
Hoarding conditions
Homes with so much stuff the floor is not visible.
Widespread mold
More than a few spots in a bathroom goes to a specialist.
Biohazard cleanup
Work that needs special equipment and training.
Heavy lifting
We can move a chair; we do not carry a fridge or a piano.
Pest control
If there are roaches or rodents, call an exterminator first.
Work at height
Second-floor windows outside, roofs and long ladders.
