How do you set the price?
By size, condition, pets, how often we come and access. We send a written quote with what is included and what costs extra. For a unit that has gone a long time without cleaning, we ask for photos or stop by first.
Does the clean decide the deposit?
No. Deposits are decided by your lease and your own inspection. A clean unit helps, but we cannot promise a tenant will get a deposit back or a landlord will keep it.
