A clean unit helps the handover go well, but the deposit is decided by the lease and each landlord's inspection. We cannot promise a tenant will get theirs back or a landlord will keep it.

Kitchen and bathrooms in detail, baseboards, door frames and ceiling fans.
Move-out
Empty unit: cabinets and closets inside, windows inside, floors and bathrooms.
The written quote says what is included and what costs extra. A unit that has gone a long time without cleaning is quoted from photos or a short visit.

How do you get into a rental?
With your key, a lockbox or your property manager. The written quote names the method. Keys carry a number, never the address, and codes are shared only with the people on site.
Can you work with my property manager?
Yes. Isael works with managers in English or Spanish. Give us their contact and we send them the finished-job message.
What if the tenant left things behind?
We message you a photo before we clean. We never throw out a tenant's belongings without your written okay.
Can you handle several units?
Yes. Tell us how many and where, and Isael builds a calendar.
Are you insured?
The business carries general liability insurance. Ask on WhatsApp and we send a certificate; the limits are on the certificate.
